Bushes are not being maintained. Are vermin filled and need cutting back or removing . I have tried to do this myself over the years but is too big to manage with domestic equipment if is on council land but never seens to get cut when the rest does nit at all sure why.

This huge Bush is unsightly and never maintained vermin are choosing it as a home. Squirrels living in the trees are increasing in numbers too. The light does not work because the tree keeps the pathway alongside Field view gardens too dark to use. Especially as the tree roots are pushing up the paving slabs and fences are being pushed over house garden boundary.
