Overgrown hedging

The hedging on the strip of communal land adjacent to 117 Clover Ground is overgrown. It is far too tall and now hanging over the footpath. Please can it be cut back and to a lower height. Also the area of grass beside the footpath is equally overgrown and needs mowing (I don't believe it has been cut this year). Thankyou.
