Grass needs cutting on fox road bs5

Bristol City Council what is happening with the grass on Fox Road? This needs cutting. Each time we have to report this issue. Its now September and the grass has only been cut once this year - after being reported. There are drug users on the estate and only this morning a couple were seen throwing their rubbish into the grass. There are children on the estate. The is a school nearby. Please cut the grass ASAP.
