Water utility cover still missing, Jarvis Street

This is an update to the previously logged report of a missing water utility cover on Jarvis Street (reference number 3828815). As the attached photo shows, the utility cover is still missing. There was previously a traffic cone that covered the hole in the pavement from the missing cover, but this cone has now disappeared. Please attend to this issue ASAP.
