This report number #4511741 was erroneously closed 26 Jun 2023, 15:02 with 'State changed to: Fixed'. Clearly it hadn't been, so I asked Kerry McCarthy, local MP, to intervene. They said they would investigate and I presume it has been re-opened after her team's kind intervention. Many thanks to her team.
The original fault has now remained NOT fixed since at least 3 May 2023 when first reported, some 9 & 1/2 weeks - i.e. over TWO MONTHS ago !

The street light has still not been fixed.
This report 4963121 was changed to: Fixed, and closed to updates as Posted by Bristol City Council at 13:59, Thursday 7 September 2023.
So I asked http://www.fixmystreet.com/ to re-open it.
Together with the first report 4511741, this issue has been set fixed twice when it wasn't and closed twice.
It normally takes up to 20 working days to fix a streetlight. More complex issues, such as cable faults, can take up to six weeks to fix. It has now been 18.5 weeks sinc this issue was first reported.
When closed the reports cannot be updated, even if the last entry was wrong.
