Blocked drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 4983474.

Blocked drain, causing significant overflowing on a disabled parking space making car unreachable. Also tree about dropping branches which is causing damage to property and dangerous of being hit by falling branches when trying to enter and leave cars
