Grass hedges & trees haven’t been cut for 6 years

The problem is in penpole park (Not) penpole lane , I can’t get a signal on my TV as trees are so over grown & kids have to play on the roads as grass is nearly as tall as the trees , dangerous for children as when they run from grass to house drivers can’t see because the grass is taller than myself & im over 5ft tall . All neighbours ask every year & it never gets done …., it is council property & it needs sorting or will have to take it to higher authorities….
