Overgrown brambles blocking path

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5004777.

The brambles at the back of my property are blocking a path that can no longer be used due to the over grown brambles. they are so bad that they are damaging mine and my neighbours fences, growing through the panels and putting weight on top of the panels. i have lived in my property for over 5 years and have never seen them cut and they are now causing damage
