Disabled bay too small

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5008659.

Last week a disabled bay was installed they painted around a small car that was there, but residents car cannot get in/out of the space due to the other parked cars. Feels like it needs 2ft behind, and 3 ft in front so they can get out of the space
