Light is on red permanently at crossing point

Reported via iOS in the Street light category anonymously at 15:06, Tuesday

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5010364.

Temporary lights at crossing point between where Lidl and Aldi is are broke. Permanently on red. This is causing considerable traffic jam as each car waits about 10 mins before realising they’re broke and driving on. They need fixing, removing, a sign out there saying broke or a human stood at them waving people on.
