New 20mph solar generated sign

Reported via Android in the Illuminated sign category anonymously at 17:54, Tuesday

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5011052.

Yesterday driving home in the low sun, the 20mph electronic sign (generated by solar panels) is acting as a large reflecting mirror at the very top of lodge causeway (coming down the hill from Cossham hospital) this continued all the way up to the sign. I thought it might had been the new LED street light at first (not being able to look it without hurting my eyes), but coming home today with no low sun I could clearly see it was hitting one of the solar panels on this sign causing this huge blinding mirror affect.

Think this might have to be reconsidered before someone has accident due to being blinded or having blurred vision because of it.
