Conifer hedge obstructin pavement

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction category anonymously at 18:07, Thu 21 September 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5019057.

The conifer hedge of No. 7 South Road has been left to grow until it now blocks at least half the width of the pavement. The residents have been approached to trim it, but nothing has been done. When large vehicles park on the pavement outside it's almost impossible to pass in wet weather without brushing the hedge and getting soaked. This is an ongoing problem that has been a constant cause of complaint for a number of years. The residents seem unconcerned with the effect of their overgrown hedge on pedestrians,
