Impossible to pass

Reported via desktop in the Growth from base of tree category anonymously at 14:12, Mon 25 September 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5029325.

The lack of parking restrictions (van parked on pavement) and the low branches make it impossible to pass with a buggy and is hazardous for little ones trying to go past on bikes/scooters, meaning we have to go into the road and around the vehicles or cross over and cross back again to head down The Avenue to the park. It’s not a good place to cross with it being on the corner. Trimming base branches may help but double yellows just in front of the tree would stop vehicles from parking just there
