Water run off in heavy rain breeching curb and flooding property

I live at 60 Roman way, Bs91ss. During heavy rain, water runs off the road and over the drop curb in front of my driveway and floods my garage. I've been in the property for 18months and the garage has flooded 5 times (the most recent being 26/09 which was ironically the day Bristol Council told me that the problem had been fixed following my previous request for help ref 4932537 which was placed in late August). Please urgently alter the road layout/improve the drainage to prevent this from continuing. I need to store my child's pram in the garage and I'm really concerned about winter coming soon and more heavy rain.

Please note, this isn't an issue associated with the storm drain being blocked, but rather a problem with water not being effectively channelled from the road into the drain and instead flooding my property.
