Hi, This vehicle has not moved since 27th July, it has a flat tyre and no-one has claimed to own it or recognise it. I have building works starting on Wednesday I need a skip and portable loo outside my house for the builders, they have informed me that this car could potentially cause an obstruction. I did report this in September but thought I'd give the owners more time to mover it, this has not happened. Could someone please take look? It's parked outside numbers 34 and 32 Clouds Hill Ave, BS5 7JE Thanks.
