Unusable parking

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5076998.

Parking that is rumoured to unusable for some reason could be converted into a nice active travel route or with some street furniture and the regeneration of the tangle of useless land into a small parquet.
