Alley between Twenty Acres Road and Ambleside is not passable

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5088857.

The ivy overhanging a broken slanting fence has made it impossible to pass standing up now - the pathway is entirely obstructed. I got soaking wet today bending down to pass underneath - it's not viable to keep doing that. Please can the fence be replaced and the ivy cut back?
