Central island "Keep Left" sign missing after RTA

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5097475.

Many weeks ago the KEEP LEFT sign at the begining of dual carriageway was demolished in a road accident. The sign has not been replaced and the central island is dangerous without any sign espcially at night.
