Damaged double yellow lines.

Worn, faded double yellow lines on both sides of the cul-de-sac road. No traffic warden comes out to ticket the cars which are constantly parked on the pavement/road blocking entrance to the building, residents car park access, limiting larger vehicles deliveries and most importantly causing lack of fire brigade/ambulance access as there is no alternative way.
