Garden/Building Waste in Saltwell Valley

Continual dumping of building/garden waste at the rear of 44 & 46 Whitecross Avenue, Hengrove. Has been ongoing for years. Seems to be one of the two residential properties, both of which have back gates which lead onto the open space. Grass cutting, gravel, entire plants and their pots, bricks. The mess is added to weekly, and seemingly by the same people and in the same location.
