Fence is missing vertical rail
Reported via desktop in the Wall/Fence/Gate damage category anonymously at 16:13, Tue 17 October 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5107241.
As you can see in the photo, the fence is missing a vertical rail. This rail has been repaired before at least once, but this time, it needs a permanent fix rather than duct taping back a rail in place.
Dog's are entering the children's playing ground and doing their business, so this imposes a health and safety risk.

Two railings have now been vandalised, the first one only weeks after the first four were repaired. I think that either a large branch or paving slab were used, as that's what was left lying about near the buckled railings. These items sourced locally I believe the branch was pruned officially from a corner of the park and left there
