Tunnel Flooding - Footpath
Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 18:17, Wed 18 October 2023
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5111360.
The tunnel/ footpath that runs under the M5 is severely flooded.
The water is nearly ankle level. It appears this issue has been ongoing for a while but todays rain has made it impossible to walk through. Essentially cutting off pedestrian access from Avonmouth road to the industrial park.
Could this be looked at ASAP please as walking to work is my only option and this turns a 20 min walk into a 50 min walk.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

This problem has reoccurred today, making it newer impossible to get through the tunnel.
Who is responsible for fixing this? Because it doesn’t seem like any action has been taken.
