Dangerous road junction

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5126864.
I've attached a photo showing how this road was 2 weeks ago. This isn't the worst it's been. Having checked it all out, its seems that during rainfall, the water comes from the Colas contractor yard based up a gravel road. there is no drainage so therefore all water coming from the top of the hill goes straight down to sit in all the potholes at the junction. I witnessed a cyclist last week come off his bike as couldn't see the potholes through the water. It needs urgent surfacing and for the contractor to install drainage on their land to take away rain water. There is no pavement here so pedestrians are having to wade through water with the potential to fall if they go down a hole.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
