Cars parked either side of junction

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 19:31, Mon 23 October 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5129778.

It is dangerous to pull out of Bifield Garden as cars are parked on the pavement and right on the corner make it near impossible to see cars travelling on the main road. You need to pull virtually half way across the carriageway before you can get a view passed the cars. It seems the majority of the cars along this part of the road belong to the garage and are parked on the pavement. I visit this road regularly and it is always a problem.

  • Weekends are better and occasionally one side be a little clearer but generally there are cars parked on the payment blocking the view one way or another every weekday. I have seen the garage man come out of the garage with a car - park up and then get in another car and take it into the garage.
