Overhanging bambles and bushes

Reported via mobile in the Obstruction category anonymously at 10:38, Tue 24 October 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5131232.

This has been a problem for a couple of years now. The bambles have thorns and obstruct the pavement. My father uses a mobility scooter and they in his face when trying to pass along the pavement by Barton Fields making it impossible to navigate. Cars also park on the pavement making it even narrower. He cannot use the other side of the road as there are no dropped curbs. Yesterday I tried to cut the worst myself with shears but the branches were too thick for me. My father rang last year and was assured it would be sorted. Please sort this out urgently.
