Drain cover is removed outside number 16

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5146573.

The issue is a neighbor kindly removed drain cover stating water wasn't draining probably away Unfortunately now it's becoming a nuisance as neighbors children keep dragging it or moving it and it can be loud Concern I have is a disabled neighbor lives adjacent to the property and there could be risk of broken ankle or worse if drain was put back and this disabled person goes out when it's dark Have enough with bikes scooters littering street which can be hard to spot at night
