New Traffic measures and bus route

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5180741.

Why isn't Ralph Rd open for traffic use? Even the footpaths are closed! This is so unsafe. I was nearly run over near LIDL trying to cross the road and angry drivers speeding past the roadworks. Local residents are frustrated as this work has taken an extended amount of time. It should be finished by now. Please open the road before someone gets killed!
