Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5187172.

Homeless person was living in a tent here and has now moved on I believe (not seen him there for approx 3 weeks now and no signs of staying there …he had previously been bagging up all his rubbish and there’s been no new rubbish there for a while). Think it’s ok now to remove the blue tent, duvet, fire cover and other bits he had there? It’s just by the mini forest.
