Floodin at beginning of Ellesmere Road BS45DY on to Westown Lane

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5195016.

Drains blocked from heavy rain and the whole of the entrance Ellesmere Road is flooded. unable to pass on foot. This has stretched across Westtown lane too across one lane. Making it very dangerous for the school.
