Flooded again & still not fixed, despite last call being closed claiming that it had been.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5197586.

Every time it rains heavily here it floods here because the drains here are blocked & have not ever been cleared.

I’ve reported this same issue in the same place to you multiple times & all you ever do is close the call claiming that it has been fixed, which as you can clearly see it still hasn’f.

In my opinion, as this issue is still repeatedly happening & you have repeatedly failed to resolve it I think that this is an appalling level of customer service for which you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • The problem has now degenerated into a filthy mud put totally blocking the already blocked drains underneath.

    Total inaction on your part to fix this issue for months on end = appalling customer service by you.
