Road impassable

Reported via iOS in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 10:38, Thu 16 November 2023

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5218726.

We have the farm at the end of Boiling Wells Lane. We have cattle we need to access and can’t get through the flood. The flood was cleared yesterday but is impassable again this morning

  • A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.

  • This route has now been blocked for a week. This is unacceptable for all users. Its a diverted cycle route. Why are you not challenging Network Rail to clear the problem given the route is now used at part of the Concord Way because the normal route is closed by Network Rail works at new Ashley Down station

  • Still flooded this morning (20th Nov). I contacted Wessex Water who say they are aware of the problem and will be doing a camera inspection to identify the problem.
