This drain has been blocked for months and is still blocked. The resulting flood makes crossing Vicarage Road here difficult and dangerous as a pedestrian. The blockage also causes water to flow down Whitehall Road. This causes further flooding under the bridge. It really is miserable and dangerous walking down this road due to these issues, please fix.

This problem remains. The road and pavement still floods whenever it rains. It is still a dangerous and miserable experience being a pedestrian on this stretch of Whitehall Road. Please fix.

This part of road has been flooded regularly recently. Today when I passed by all water had gone and I was able to take a photo of the drain. It is clearly blocked and this is obviously why it floods in this area whenever it rains. I see that a job was raised with your contractors on 20 November 2023. Perhaps it is time to chase them up>

The consistent flooding around this drain is now causing the road surface to break up. There is now a large pot hole which fills with water. Eventually the drain will collapse making any maintenance harder and more expensive. It is still horrible walking down this section of Whitehall Road in wet weather. Please fix!

Still a big problem with the blocked drain, but a large pothole now exists around it. Not visible under water which caused me to come off my bike. No damage done to me or my bike, could have been a lot worse. It really makes this part of the road miserable

It was good to see the councils contractors working on this problem earlier this week. Although they fixed the large pothole it doesn't look as though they unblocked the drain and surprisingly it has flooded again following some rain.
Is there any chance that the blocked drain (the main reason for the regular flooding) will be fixed?

The flooding here is still really bad. Has been like it for weeks. What's going on with fixing it? This is a narrow stretch of road on Whitehall road as it is. With a lot of nursery footfall in particular which makes it very difficult for journeys on foot with children.
