Traffic lights on bridge stuck on red

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5234387.

Traffic lights on bridge towards the city are stuck on red. Huge tailbacks towards long ashton. Drivers are eventually driving through them. I think this has happened before.
