Street light not working at night / evening

This street light on Charles Place is not working.
This is the only light to illuminate Charles street car park, therefore the carpark is completely pitch black after 17:30 and extremely unsafe. Some poor elderly ladies were trying to use there phones to get into their cars yesterday.
This has gone on for at least two months if not longer. I'm a motorcyclist and park in this car park, given the current rates of motorcycle thefts in the city i'm concerned about the safety of bikes parked here. without any lighting anyone could attempt to steal the bikes here without being seen / disturbed.

The street lamp outside Charles Place car park is still not working, the street is very dark at night and some elderly patients at our clinic have felt uncomfortable walking back to their cars.
