Unattached caravan parked with wheels in park

A caravan is parked with the nearside wheels inside the park. This has been present for 3-4 days.

It also obstructs traffic moving up and down Park Crescent.

The occupants appear to be a man and dog.

  • Still there just after midnight on Friday 24th November. If it's not sorted soon, others will soon be moving into the park and spoiling it for everyone.

    The occupant is using a tree trunk (see photo) to support fires made with branches from the park. As well as being against the byelaws this creates polluting smoke on the nearby paths. I've also seen the fire burning at 11:30pm when I walk my dogs.

    I've obscured the face in the photo to comply with posting rules on this site.
