Pavement resurfaced but incomplete/damaged

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5237701.

The pavement outside number 10 was resurfaced last week. They did not put up cones/tape and was done in bad weather. Surface got damaged. Came today to report otherwise of street but not number 10 side. Patched of old pavement showing through new dressing and tyre marks on pavement because tarmac did not dry.
