Clinical waste bins need to be kept in a secure compound and not left on a public highway causing an obstruction preventing legitimate road tax paying drivers from parking. Thought we had this problem sorted a couple of months ago but looks like they have slipped back to their old ways (care home the turrets 7 / 9 Glebe road. Bin has been in the road for 4 days now.
