Raised paving bricks causing dangerous trip hazard

Paving bricks are raised at the edge of the pavement next to the bus lane where the poor tarmac infill ends. Someone tripped over this as a bike went by and ended up in the bus lane. Would have been dead if there had been a bus coming. Need immediate attention.
