Sent to Bristol City Council 3 minutes later

Private right of way which has also been in public use for 100 years was closed without permission to build flats 6 years ago......temporarily!!now the alleyway has been half cleared in order to reclose the alley and effectively privatise the the moment the alley is open but not passable.the developer who employed the labour to clear and close the alley intends to close this right of way again I have told his workers that I will open any fencing he puts up ...this is my right under the law (abatement)......I have contacted the council........
