Whole road and pavement and property flooding

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5358482.

This has been going on for year's the drains can not coupe with the water coming down Thicket ave the hump on the junction is like a dam the water is flooding the road and pavement coming into my property I have videos on my phone to prove this Need to be sorted
