Caravan Dweller treating this beautiful Park like it is a Dump.I cannot legally describe how disgusting this is to all the poor Residents and visitors that have to put up with these 'People' being allowed to do this.

They could start with a penalty for flytipping for every item dumped in the park next to the caravan.
