  • As a cyclist I find this stretch of Southmead Road (and in particular the mini roundabout joining it to Henleaze Road) incredibly dangerous. There are so many potholes it is impossible to ride safely. Cyclists risk being catapulted over their handlebars, or having to make multiple swerves into fast moving traffic. It is also a great risk for e-scooters – indeed there is a parking location for those adjacent to the roundabout. There are many other potholes in this area but these need to be fixed (in fact it really needs an entire resurface) as a top priority.

  • I don't understand how this has been raised and closed as not urgent numbers times. This road is dangerous both for cyclists and cars. I have personally blown a tyre at this roundabout and scratched the underside of the car while driving at slow speed. Please can this be looked into urgently.
