This is an update on the report no 4882395 which said "This oak tree has died and needs to be replaced. It is one of ten oak trees planted in 2009 as part of the Sea Mills Square Planting Scheme drawn up by Landscape Design (Steve Hardiman) and carried out by the Arboricultural Team (Phil Burton). The Scheme was designed to reinforce the formal layout of Sea Mills Square which is designated as a Formal Square in the Council's Parks and Green Space Strategy."
