Bollard has bit hit out of place onto verge

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5468053.

The bollard on the traffic calming (where road narrows) has been hit out if situ onto the grass verge and will not show the kerb to traffic, there is also a break developing on the road in this area which will need inspection.
