Pavement broken up and trip hazard

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5481293.

The concrete apron outside the entrance to number 10 is very broken up and presents a trip hazard. Water is collecting in the hollow of the damaged pavement making it not possible to see the uneven surface.
