Van parked in 50%of the pavement blocking access to prams and wheelchairs for at least 2 hours. Absolutely no need to park on the pavement as this is a wide road.

Entire Heber Street bs5 9JU is blocked by cars from car dealerships. There is. It way to garages , they are parking also on the corners and double yellow all the time . There is no way to use payment or for the ambulance to pass

You could report this motorist to the police, they are breaking the law by: 1. Driving on the pavement 2. Causing a dangerous obstruction to pedestrians
