Paving removed and replaced by bad tarmac job

Well Over 3 months and still not resolved. This is a conservation area, and needs to be restored to how it was before contractors bodged it. Please start enforcing these companies who constantly dig up our local area and replace it with shit workmanship. We pay huge amounts of council tax every month, and vast amounts of public money go on these public realm schemes, and they turn to crap after a few years as no one checks or enforces the utilities work.
