Atrocious roads between Marling Road and Water Fountain

Reported via desktop in the Roads category anonymously at 23:03, Tuesday 6 February 2024

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5541145.

As a cyclist and car driver, the state of the road surface down Bell Hill Road between the junction for Marling Road and the traffic lights at the water fountain/junction with Summerhill Road/Church Road is absolutely atrocious. It's dangerous as a cyclist because you have to cycle in the middle of the lane along here with cars trying to squeeze past you. It is now unsafe to cycle near the pavement. The whole road looks like it needs resurfacing. It's been like this for months and is only getting worse.
