2ft High weeds all along the perimeter wall undermining 6ft high brick wall

The public footpath has excessively high weeds/ elder tree weeds growing alongside our perimeter wall along the entire length from front entrance to the rear continuously, undermining the integrity of a 6ft high boundary wall.
