2 foot long 20cm deep pot hole

This is a dangerous pot hole. It needs to be fixed immediately. I have just witnessed a man coming off his moped due to this pot hole. The pothole is near a man hole cover on Bonnington Walk opposite Branwhite Close Road. Every time traffic runs over the pot hole the whole slab moves. Please organise for this to be cordoned off before another accident happens
